The finished product. The toolbox is primarily constructed of 1/2" thick Baltic Birch plywood, and measures about 16" high X 16" deep X 22 wide. I finished the exterior with 3 coats of Minwax Clear Satin Indoor/Outdoor Spar Urethane, and the interior with 2 coats of the same. Handles, lid hinge, corners, and latch are brass.
