Being chair counts as
being a member in this tabulation. An X in a cell indicates a
year that was prior to the faculty member's joining the department.
An empty cell indicates that I was unable to determine whether
that individual was a member of the department in that year or not, but
either way they did not serve as a member of any dissertation
committees in that year.
